Huge portions, great price and authentic Cuban cuisine! You can dine in or do the food by the pound to go. The chicken is always so flavorful. Their black beans are made perfectly. But the real MVP is their palomilla steak! It's a thin skirt steak with onions and so perfectly made. I always have leftovers and they are just as good the next day! Save room for dessert their flan and tres leches are worth it too!

Old school strip mall Cafe. Chairs a bit uncomfortable but I have a tender butt. Lol. The servers that greated me seemed to have only a working English vocabulary but were friendly and took my order with a smile. I ordered the broiled steak and shrimp with black beans n rice with a side of sweet plantains. This place was recommended by the hotel receptionist. They have seating outside as well. It has a comfortable neighborhood takeout kinda vibe with Cuban music playing. I very much enjoyed the food. The steak was a little over cooked but flavorful. Recommend ordering down. That is, if you like medium rare, order rare. :) overall I enjoyed myself.
